Deep Relaxation
The sound waves of Full Moon Singing Bowls harmonise and allow deep relaxation of both sides of the brain.
This itself stimulates stress relief on all levels and the process of wellbeing has begun, the emotions are calm and the mind clear.

Restorative
Tibetan Singing Bowls and their unique tones are used to rebalance the functioning of the adrenal gland, to open and stabilise the meridians and to improve the synaptic responses in our brain as well as stimulate the immune system. Along with meditation, singing bowls are used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration. Sound therapy offers relief from headaches and migraine, anxiety, depression and insomnia and it eases tension. It allows the digestive system to rebalance, improves concentration and promotes improvement in circulation, as well as releasing tensions or blockages so energy can flow.

Improves Sleep Quality
When the waves produced by singing bowls were recorded, scientists discovered wave patterns which were the same as the alpha waves produced by our brain. These waves give a feeling of deep relaxation. Alpha waves are usually present in the states of meditation and calm consciousness.
